Many cultures speak about the concept of reincarnation, the idea of a soul returning after death in a new body, in a new lifetime, and usually for the sake of some kind of personal rectification. However, few speak about it in as much detail as does Judaism, based upon ideas revealed in the Zohar, and later explained by the famous Kabbalist, Rabbi Yitzchak Luria, otherwise known as the Arizal.
The concept of gilgul, reincarnation in Hebrew, apparently is not for everyone. Nevertheless, what people don’t realize is how much the concept plays a role in life, and how helpful such information can be for understanding one’s nature, and one’s purpose in life.
It is a very big topic, and this is a little book, but at the end, the reader will be able to at least appreciate how all of us are just passing through, and the impact of reincarnation in everyday life.
